tools.profile设置
tools.profile是 OpenClaw 里工具白名单的基础档位。- 会先决定“默认暴露哪些工具给 agent”，然后再叠加

常见有这几个：
minimal：只给最小工具集，基本只有session_status。coding：偏开发场景，包含文件、运行时、会话、记忆、图片等工具组。messaging：偏聊天渠道场景，主要是消息相关工具和部分会话工具。full：不限制，等价于不设置
